What to Try This August: Novotel Manila's Asian Street Food Festival Buffet

Catch Novotel Manila Araneta Center's Asian Street Food Festival this month at The Food Exchange Manila and enjoy street grub from different parts of Asia like Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, China, India, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea, and of course, Philippines. Chefs from these participating countries have teamed up with our very own Chef Sau del Rosario to prepare an exciting spread of dishes that is sure to delight adventurous palates.

From today until September 3, feast on exotic items like Chili Crabs, Hainanese Chicken, and Laksa (Singapore); Seafood Basil, Massaman Beef Curry, and Tom Kha Gai (Thailand); Vegetable Biryani, Pani Puri, and Mutton Curry (India); Teriyaki Tofu and Takoyaki (Japan); Beef Rendang (Malaysia); Beef Bulgogi and Japchae (Korea); Fresh Spring Rolls (Vietnam); Hakaw and other dim sum (China); and assorted tusok-tusok (fish balls, squid balls, kikiam, tukneneng or quail eggs), taho, kakanin, and balut (Philippines)—alongside the buffet's regular offerings and Chef Sau's specialties like Sisig Rice and Beef Truffle Kare-Kare.

Full paying guests will also get a chance to fly to any of these participating countries via Cebu Pacific Air and stay in partner Novotel properties—buffet rates are PhP1,299 per head on weekdays and PhP1,499 per head on weekends. So round up the family or the gang and partake of this exciting promotion, which is until September 3! Reservations are highly recommended: +632.990.7888.
