The Sangria Blanco and Sangria de Rosa are suggested for those who like it light, but I personally would point you to the Fortress Sangria—the classic combo of red wine, brandy, fruits, and spices.
Make sure you order from Sabor’s extensive tapas menu. The Kielbasa sausages served with tomato-curry sauce and the garlic chorizos are incredible. For the classic pairing, get the Cheese Platter to share among you and your friends.
Craving for local flavors? Order the chef's take on the dinakdakan, where familiar flavors are given a different execution. Other notable items from the menu are the Mushroom Croquettes, Bitterballen (Dutch croquettes filled with beef), Galician Empanada (so good!), Gambas al Ajillo, and the Smoked Salmon Roulade.

The intimate space extends out to an outdoor area (smoking) where there are more tables, as well as a dance floor where guests—inebriated or not—can do the salsa, bachata, or samba along with the lively music continuously playing at the bar. ALLOW ME TO SAY THAT I LOVE THIS BAR.
