A luxury resort chain deserves no less than a grand way to travel—and what could be grander than flying to beautiful destinations aboard a special aircraft bearing your name? The Henann Group of Resorts has once again outdone themselves with their latest partnership with Cebu Pacific Air: acquiring a new plane livery from the airline that carries the biggest number of passengers yearly.
Cebu Pacific, which flies to Aklan over 100 times weekly, is the perfect choice for the resort chain that aspires to promote not only Henann but also the entire Philippines. Not to mention that it goes to a total of 66 destinations (both local and international), making it the ideal carrier of Henann’s promotional aspirations. This is, in fact, the Henann Group’s 2nd livery ad placement, as last year, we witnessed the unveiling of this bold marketing innovation when they took us to Henann Resort Bohol. Indeed, this world-class brand spares no expense in redefining luxury.

The Henann Group flew us to Boracay through this plane and let us experience the recently-reintroduced Henann Regency Resort and Spa (it was formerly called Boracay Regency). In true form of the Henann hospitality, we were treated to a 2-night stay at this amazing 302-room, Triple-A rated resort—complete with a tour to their F&B outlets, a luxurious pampering session at Kai Spa, and an intimate dinner-and-drinks with the VP for Marketing himself, Mr. Karl Chusuey. Check out the video below for a quick glance at the highlights of this trip!
Upon arrival in Boracay, we were greeted like VIPs by the Henann staff—who wrapped leis made of shells around our necks, handed us welcome drinks, and led us to our rooms. A fruit platter and some sweet treats awaited us in our Premier Room—as well as two amazing beds and of course, an amazing view overlooking the pool and the Station 2 beachfront!
Dinner took place at the Sea Breeze Café, where we enjoyed the hotel’s famous buffet (seafood and steak galore!). Once again, I watched the Dancing Chefs and relished my dinner while listening to tunes created by their amazing band.
The next morning, we had breakfast at Christina’s, Henann Regency’s fine dining restaurant. This place serves plated breakfast sets, which you can enjoy alongside a small spread of pastries, breads, cheeses, cold cuts, and fruits. My aunt got the American Breakfast while I ordered the Scandinavian—because you know, grilled salmon. It was exquisite!
Lunch was served at Mesa, which happens to occupy one of the spaces at Henann Regency. I loved the alfresco area which totally made me feel the beach ambience, complete with fresh seafood, mouthwatering Filipino dishes, and refreshing drinks. Seriously, dining by the beach IS life.
For dinner, Henann prepared quite a spectacle for us. We started with some cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on the shore while listening to a percussion band and admiring the incredible fire dancers of Boracay. Then, an intimate dinner set-up awaited us inside Christina’s, where we sat down with fellow bloggers, media friends, and our hosts from Henann. The buffet spread was superb—it quickly endeared me to this restaurant and I am definitely dining here again the next time I go to the island. After eating, we had a few rounds of drinks amidst fun and unending chatter.
On top of all these tasty treats, we were treated to the most amazing pampering session at the luxurious Kai Spa. I got to experience their signature Kai massage—a mind-blowing 90-minute ritual and treatment that ended with me feeling all light and rejuvenated.
Of course, with all the eating and drinking, we still managed to squeeze in a few hours to relax by the beach, enjoy Boracay’s pristine waters, and lounge in Henann Regency’s beautiful pools. By the time we had to check out, I felt that sadness that always bites me whenever I’m leaving this island. It’s an emotion that can easily become more intense when you’re in a resort like this!
Thank you Henann Group of Resorts for yet another unforgettable trip! Congratulations on your new livery aircraft, more power, and see you soon!
